RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return your items except in relation to certain types of products as set out in the returns policy. We accept full refund within 3 business days of delivery and exchange within 3 business days of delivery. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Any items that do not fulfill these conditions will not be accepted.
Final sale items that include special orders, custom orders & pre-orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will not refund shipping fees or return labels.
NOTE:
THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE IN RIYADH AND OTHER CITIES IS 57 RIYALS.
SHIPPING FEES MUST PAY THRU BANK TRANSFERS AND SEND THE APPROVAL OF THE TRANSFER IN ORDER TO RAISE THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE TICKETS.
Ensure that all returned items are correctly packaged.
Until we receive the return packages, the customer is responsible for them. We will not be liable for damaged or lost items in the process of returning delivery.
Your order’s original shipping fee is nonrefundable upon your request for a refund.
Contact us immediately from the date you get your order if the received item is incorrect, defective, or missing. Include your order number, the item’s photograph, as well as all related references upon your package delivery.
The right to make the final choice on all cases upon disputes is reserved by freeminds.

Refunds
An e-mail will be sent once your return is received and inspected to notify you that your return item has been received. Your refund approval or rejection will also be provided.
If your refund is approved, then it is processed, and within a certain time, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges
To return your items or exchange, just fill in your refund form here.
Shipping
You most login to your account, you will find a refund buttom in the order section, fill in your refund form and submit it, and we will provide you with the shipment label in which case we will deduct the label cost from your refund or by bank transfers.you can print it and then drop off your package at the nearest shipping office.
Information of the shipping offices will be provided at the email.
Note: There is variation in the time it takes your exchanged product to reach you, depending on your residential location.
