freeminds offers free domestic express delivery on all orders over SR400.

shipment processing time

all orders take between 2 to 4 business days. shipping and delivery of orders do not take place on weekends and holidays.

delay in shipment may arise if we have a high volume of orders. allow for additional days for delivery while in transit. we will contact you through e-mail or telephone if the shipment of your order delays.

not that we maintain the right to cancel an order without notice, and there will be a full refund for the customer.

shipment confirmation and order tracking

as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, which will be active within 48 hours of the time of shipment confirmation.

Custom, duties, and taxes

we are not liable for any customs and taxes incurred by your order. the customer is responsible for all imposed fees during or after shipping.

Damages

when products are lost, or damaged during shipping, we at www.freemindsstore.com are not responsible for the cost of replacements. it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if your order is damaged upon arrival. remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to ensure that your claim is processed properly.

international shipping policy

the order takes 5 to 7 business days after it is placed.

it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide assurance of the product’s legality to the destined country when ordering outside of saudi arabia. the importer must comply with all laws of the destination country. the recipient may incur import taxes, custom duties, and fees once the shipment reaches the country of the recipient. moreover, the recipient must fulfill the charges for customs clearance. freeminds cannot predict these charges, nor can we control them. 

because customs, duties, and taxes cannot be refunded, the original shipping cost and any other shipping charges cannot be refunded when a shipment is refused due to unexpected import charges. due to the variation of custom policies from one nation to another, contacting your local customs office would be the right move for more information. delays can be caused beyond our original estimate of delivery when there is a need for custom clearance procedures.

we strongly recommend the following to ensure that delay in receiving an order from customs is avoided.

you should facilitate a phone number that can be used to reach you upon the arrival of your product. this number is listed on the commercial invoice to reach you for order clearance.

do not deny a shipment or ignore carrier requests concerning duty or tax liability charges. keep in mind that a majority of carriers will hold s shipment for five days after it arrives in your country before it is returned to the sender (which in this case is us, freeminds).

we do not reimburse original shipping charges for goods refused for delivery at the customs.

Customs and regulations

the estimated delivery time may be delayed by the required additional documentation and time for package clearance by your local customs office. it is, therefore, your liability to check for any restricted items in your local postal regulations, for we cannot be held responsible for any item that is deemed unacceptable in the specific country.

Foreign transaction fees

foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction is complete. foreign transaction fees are determined by the pricing and transaction fee policies of your bank. please contact your bank for further foreign transaction fees details.
